I loved to be back in London last month for Decorex International - the leading event of the London Design Festival, that gathered this year over 300 exhibitors at Syon Park. Visiting Decorex has become a tradition for the interior design professionals and an enjoyable way to keep pace with the latest product launches, whether furniture, lighting, hardware or fabric, rugs, wallpaper which were showcased at the event over four days.

Nilufar Gallery was founded in 1979 by Nina Yashar - one of Italy’s most inspirational furniture dealers. In the late nineties, Nina opened Nilufar Gallery on Via della Spiga in Milano which has been ever since the reference point for collectable historical, modernist and contemporary furniture design.

After my January visit of the Picasso National Museum in Paris, while I was seeking to chronicle Diego Giacometti’s work and life for a previous article, I was delighted to learn that the museum is getting ready these days the exhibition «Diego Giacometti At Musée Picasso».
